The emergence of the nine dash line is only a self-invention of China to show her greediness and subject small countries in the region to its fraud.

Due to the dwindling resources of China to support its growth and industries, they are now finding  other sources of wealth in the region found in the south China sea.

The revelation that the area is rich in oil reserves, and as the biggest in the world,  tempted them to comprise the area to their ownership under false assumption.

The advent of their land reclamations have shown their vigorous intent to subject the area to all  their lordship and prohibit others the nature given resources to man.

The recent ministerial meetings in Manila of the ASEAN and the conflicting interest of China over the association of nations is founded on the sense that she has manipulated already the member countries by this score.

The unbelieving fact is that how come that China were able to convince the ASEAN to negotiate on the SCS dispute held in this meeting is a face of controversy already.

The Hague ruling

The ASEAN in the first place should have invoked the Hague ruling and question the China as an illegal claimant in the SCS.

The association should have raised the matter in order to highlight, and  subject China to honor international commitments.

The meeting in Manila recently could have been the opportunity not to embarrass China but to let her acknowledge international ruling which she should be abiding thereto. But the said meeting never dwell in that direction, to uphold legality and international law. What had transformed there was the silence and lingering affirmation that China was better recognized without the matter touched in detail.

The Philippines as the pivot point in the Manila meeting should have been the great of opportunity in the subject of the south China sea disputes.

The winning of the Manila over China is a matter of contention and discussion of the member countries due to they will be the party that will be injured or gained in it.

The other member countries should also know that Manila had shown  them the truth and the legalities that rule of law is existent and present, that the venue could have been the stage to put everyone no matter how mighty is china, to the rule of law.
