CHINESE CARS AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFERRED

We'd like to speak about the Car making abilities of China at the moment, where from the beginning, at the start of the decade in the 80s, there was no such  technology in China that could had brought them the technology of car industry.

The magnificent brands and models of cars in China has been the fruits of its policies of acquiring them through partnerships with foreign investors, as a way to acquire technology transfer. They have lured and given the benefits of cheap labor their investors, and the process was the means that had made technology transfer possible, and currently, they are now manufacturing their own brands, cloned designs of VW, Volvo, Toyota, etc.,  with the plentiful foreign car manufacturers that gave them the chance to reap the opportunity of Cheap labor in that country.

The amazing  part about China's car making was their output of several brands that outmatched the number of brand names of western countries, and after awhile, in  decades, their piracy, cloning, copying of technology has paid off. That fruits of technology shared by their counterparts has turned the industry of Car production in China as enormous, that its sales, exports, and global market share has become a new threat to their original partners, that even today, the US has been very concerned of.

Going back to the Philippines, the blue print of China's success to obtain technology was already proven, giving us the clue of how to do things properly for progress.  

The other question of the cheap labor as a counter factor that it is impossible to give is one of the biggest odds to answer. 
How to answer such a question?

Though we have labor laws that sets  for minimum wage rates all over the country as true, and  the biggest hurdle to overcome in fighting that labor factor  cost of China can be still be done accordingly.

Legislation is required to set one region, zones, that could address the situation to answer the cheap labor offered to meet the China Standard. We've known that there are areas of most impoverished regions in the southern part of Mindanao that makes labor as nearly and possibly low or cheap with that of China, can be the site to realize the aim.

Sacrifices are needed for a leased terms for our prospective partners to enjoy the advantage of labor in the country to make them push their investments and partnerships with our local capitalists under the goal of technology transfer.

In by attaining legislation and issuing moratorium on strict government rules and existing regulations that may impeded influx of investors for these high technological aspects of investments, we need to set the framework to realize our industrialization through these partnership blueprints. After then, we would realize our dream of an industrialized economy and may be able to fight the world in trade  and commerce, a de facto means to gain respect.
