JEEPNEY AND TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGY

There is supposed to be a Jeepney strike on Monday, but cancelled on considerations vital to positions of the organizers and the government. In seeing the matter above, there is no trouble of getting technology which other countries like that in europe are willing to share their technologies through partnerships with China, or maybe with anyone offering considerable terms and upon favorable conditions  met in terms of lowered labor cost most of all. Among other conditions which to be agreed upon by bilateral relations, when if, becomes contrary to laws, morals and public order of the country, we can surmount those obstacles by legislation of congress just to address particularly the matter for the long term benefit of the country's economy.
